Reliance Jio announced to launch Jio Phone 2 in August 2018 & will run on KAI. In terms of commenting, this Jio Phone 2 will be featured with 4G, GPS, Wifi, NFC Bluetooth capabilities.
Jio Phone 2 comes with a QWERTY keyboard and runs on KaiOS. This affordable budget phone have usual features support like WhatsApp, Facebook and YouTube apps exclusively. It also featured with dual-sim, VoLTE, VoWi-Fi support, GPS, NFC, Bluetooth LE, Wi-Fi and FM radio. KaiOS is developed for JioPhone only which provides support for 22 Indian languages, which makes their users very technology friendly. Jio Phone 2 has a 2.4 inch QVGA screen, QWERTY keypad and D-pad. The phone comes with a classical way of four way navigation key and a dedicated button for voice command.
It is powered by a dual-core processor with 512MB of RAM and 4GB of internal memory which is expandable up to 128GB via a microSD card slot. The Jio Phone 2 has a 2MP back camera and a 0.3MP front facing camera for capturing selfies. It is also powered by a 2,000mAh battery capacity. The JioPhone 2 is focused for the first time users and low budget users in India.
